8:00—HOLY EUCHARIST, Rite I
This is a contemplative service with more traditional language (thee, thou). It contains readings from Holy Scripture, a sermon, prayers and Holy Communion. The recessional hymn is led by organ music. This service lasts about 45 minutes.
10:00—HOLY EUCHARIST, Rite II
Along with readings from Holy Scripture, a sermon, prayers, and Holy Communion, this service has more contemporary language and includes a broad mix of contemporary and traditional organ-led hymns and a choir. This more relaxed service lasts about 60 minutes.
CHILDREN AND YOUTH IN WORSHIP
We believe children belong in worship no matter how squirmy or loud they may be. Sunday School and Nursery care are provided at the 10:00 Service. Children in Sunday School join their families in the worship service in time for Holy Communion. A ‘Prayground’ area for children to play quietly or color during the service is provided in the Church. Many of our youth also participate in the worship services by serving as an acolyte.
WEEKDAY EVENING PRAYER
Evening Prayer is held Monday through Thursday in an intimate area of the Church. This service lasts about 20 minutes.
